Any campaign where you need to find and work with Influencers. Whether you are looking to work with a team of ten Influencers on an on-going Campaign, or just have a one off requirement CI’ platform is a perfect tool to help you cost effectively achieve your outreach objectives.

CI is free to join.

We charge a percentage of each Campaign’s budget, depending on its value (£). We don’t charge Influencers to join our website and they receive 100% of the payment we make to them on your behalf once their work has been approved by you.

1. Once you have registered and completed your profile, you will be approved to set-up and run a Campaign.
2. To post a campaign, just complete our simple brief template, add funds to your account and publish it.
3. Search for and be found by suitable influencers, accept the most suitable ones and get your Campaign started.

There are two ways.

1. Complete the Campaign brief to its fullest and let Influencers apply to join.
2. Or, search, refine, shortlist and invite Influencers to apply to join your Campaign.

Like everything, the more you put in, the better the outcome! Taking a bit of time upfront in developing your campaign brief will pay dividends. Here are some of our top pointers:

• Give your brief a concise but compelling title.
• Clearly state what you are looking to achieve.
• Highlight the timeframes involved.
• Assign a budget that will encourage the best influencers to get involved.
• Lastly, don’t forget to provide all assets, information, graphics and information to allow influencers to do a great good job for you. If appropriate add a link to a Dropbox/GDrive containing assets.

Use filters to narrow in on Influencers with the essential skills, blog credentials, SEO scores etc. needed for your campaign. Our inbuilt message platform enables you to easily chat with Influencers so asking questions or getting further information is a breeze.

Remember to take the time to look through the profiles of suitable influencers in order to get a better sense of how they will fit with your Campaign.

Each time you set-up a Campaign on the CI platform you need to assign a maximum budget to it. When you are ready to publish your Campaign you will be asked to pay us the equivalent of your budget, plus our fees. This payment needs to be made online, through our payment provider Stripe using a valid debit or credit card.

Please note:

• Payments need to be made upfront before a Campaign goes live.
• For each payment an e-receipt and separate VAT receipt will be issued to you.
• CI will add VAT at the prevailing rate to the total amount of each Campaign (total = your budget plus our fees).

When your chosen Influencers have completed the work you have commissioned, you will be asked to Accept the work via the Campaign dashboard. Once this has been done we will then make a payment to the Infleuncer(s) on your behalf.

All of our transactions are managed and processed by Stripe and we do not collect or retain any financial details supplied by you during the payment process.

All of the transactions that Stripe manages on our behalf are encrypted to the highest global standards. Their payment systems are monitored and audited regularly by world leading Qualified Security Assessors (QSA), so you can be confident that their services are completely secure.

Transactions processed using Stripe go through powerful fraud prevention tools to check if your card details have previously been compromised somewhere else online or to prevent the illegal use of a card by an unauthorised person.

Considerable Influence only pays your Influencers once you have Accepted their work. In essence we act as an escrow account to ensure both parties are protected.

We will try to resolve any dispute if you can’t work it out yourselves. CI will review the Campaign brief, any communication and the works delivered by the Influencer.  We ask both parties to accept our decisions as final. We aim to ensure that all disputes are resolved within 28 days of CI being notified.

CI will charge a % of the campaign budget you set. The more you spend the smaller our % fees become.

We don’t charge Influencers to use the site or to receive payment from us for the work they do for you.

Yes. This is auto generated and will be emailed to you when you deposit campaign funds with us.

This really depends on what you want to achieve and the number of influencers you wish to engage with on each campaign your run.

It’s a good idea before you get started with a campaign to do a search for relevant Influencers as this will enable you to see what their minimum price expectations are. Don’t forget, you can always negotiate a fee with any of our Influencers by contacting them through the websites messaging platform.

In some instances you may find that you don’t end up spending all of the funds that you have allocated to a particular campaign. In these instances you have two options available:

1. Leave residual funds in your account and use them towards your next campaign with us.
2. Request that the residual funds are returned to you.

If you choose option 2 and wish to withdraw residual funds from your account, we will charge a £10 + VAT processing fee.

Refunds that are made will be processed within 5 working days of a request being received and will include a proportionate VAT refund. For more information or to request a refund contact: support@considerableinfluence.com

We reserve the right to suspend any account that we feel breaks our terms of service. If we suspend your account we will email you within 24hrs as to the reasons why this has happened / further details.

CI is free to join. And that’s not all – you’ll get to keep 100% of the fee you agree with Brands and Agency’s who you collaborate with via our platform.

One of the things that sets us apart from other platforms is that every Campaign that is listed on our website has already been funded by the brand who has posted it. We collect and hold these funds until the Campaign has been completed.

When the brand accepts the work that has been done by an Influencer we release payment. It really is that simple!

We pay all our Influencers via PayPal. At present no other means of payment are available.

When you setup your profile you will be asked to supply your PayPal details. We only pay in £ GBP and CI pays you the amount that was agreed between you and the brand, when they have accepted your work. 

We do not charge a fee for processing the payment of monies owed to you. However, PayPal have their own charges and fees for payments they receive and for withdrawing money from a PayPal account. Such fees are entirely your responsibility.

There are NO fees or charges associated with registering an account with CI or to apply to Campaigns. We charge the brands that use our platform to connect with you a fee for our services.

Once your work has been accepted by a Brand / Agency the fee that was previously agreed for your work will be paid to you via your PayPal account.

Payment will be made within 48 hours and you will notified by us via email that funds have been deposited in to your PayPal account.

No. Once your work has been approved by the Brand / Agency you have worked with you will be entitled to receive a payment from us. This payment will be made to your PayPal account within 48hrs.

The money you generate from working with Brands and Agency’s via CI should be treated as income and as such it is your responsibility to ensure that you adhere to current rules and regulations set by HMRC about how this should be reported. If in doubt you should contact HMRC directly to discuss your personal circumstances.
